Ask one hundred adults what they’d drink at a party, and a pink cocktail would be at the bottom of their list. That’s because there are a lot of preconceptions about how adults must behave — and drink.
For the launch of the Schweppes Pink Tonic Style drink, we provoked the stereotypes created around drinking habits and encouraged young adults to do what they want, whenever they want. Because that’s when you really switch to adulthood.
But that’s not all. By partnering with TAZZ, a delivery app, we opened an online bar through which unapologetic young adults could order a kit containing everything they needed for their pink cocktail. On Schweppes’ Social Media platforms, we launched a series of video content in which professional bartenders and mixologists showed the tastiest and most mouth-watering recipes for Pink Tonic Style cocktails.
